Bitossi Ceramiche is one of the most historic ceramic manufacturers in Italy, rooted in the centuries-old ceramic tradition of Montelupo Fiorentino, Tuscany. The history of MisuraEmme started in the early years of last century by Giovanni the father of Giuseppe and Luigi Mascheroni, who in 1902 founded the company in Mariano Comense - the pulsing heart of the furniture district in the Milano region.

Today MisuraEmme has a surface of 35.000 mq., it is still run by the family and operates on the  know-how built on the consolidated knowledge over time and loyalty to strong and imperative values.

Konstantin Grcic, Ronan & Erwan Bouroullec, Jasper Morrison, Marc Newson, Ron Arad, Naoto Fukasawa, Marcel Wanders, Stefano Giovannoni, Philippe Starck, Zaha Hadid and Thomas Heatherwick are just some of the designers that have worked with Magis, creating a vast collection of pieces, each with its own story to tell and its own character to express, be it in domestic settings or collective spaces.

ALBED’s history began in Milan in 1964, under the name Boccolini & Delmonte, producing high quality aluminium furnishing accessories, featuring sought-after Italian design. In 1983, the new head office was built in Nova Milanese, to house the growing operations unit and machinery, as well as the new in-house galvanic corrosion division. 

In 1996, with a new company structure and name, Delmonte srl, the production of furnishing accessories was expanded to include a larger range of doors and modular partition systems. From the Delmonte family’s point of view, this gave rise to offering aluminium and glass technical solutions for interior architecture, under the ALBED brand. 

The strength of ALBED is in the offer of complete and bespoke technical solutions, serving designers, developers, dealers and the larger interior industry.

MOGG srl is a new company of complementary furniture, which opens its doors to the Milan Furniture Fair 2012.

MObiliOGGettiGraphic cuts contrasted with curved lines, warm materials combined with cold ones, dynamism and versatility distinguish the production. 

Solo objects, families of accessories, intense nuances and soft shapes all elements with a strong temperament that know how to leave their mark, with a marked propensity to become iconic, with a strong connotation of the details that make them distinctive.

Kith Cafe

Tokyo practice Klein Dytham Architecture referenced traditional Japanese festivals, bathhouses, fishponds and timber houses for the interior of Google's Japan office, located in the Roppongi Hills tower in central Tokyo.

Occupying several floors of the Roppongi Hills tower, Google Japan is intended to repeat the colourful and fun designs of the internet company's other offices, but to also bring elements of local history and culture into each of the spaces as Google request that each of their national offices around the world reflects the unique culture of its location.

The designers chose Stefano Giovannoni’s Magis Family First and Jasper Morisson’s Trattoria Sedia to create a colourful, simple yet comfortable seating in the large lunch room accommodating hundreds of Google employees daily.

Google Office

Milano is the second stop on the European tour of THE CUBE, a nomadic, stateless and cosmopolitan piece of architecture.

The dining pavilion seats 18 people for lunch or dinner and offers a superlative view of Piazza del Duomo, just a few meters away from the Cathedral’s spires, facing Palazzo Reale and the Arengario, the area hosting the new Museo del Novecento.

The interior of the the Cube has been designed to accommodate various configurations; the pavilion consists of a large open space with a visible kitchen and a single large table that can disappear by raising it to the ceiling, allowing space for a lounge area after dinner. The total floor area of 140 sqm is divided between the open space and a 50 sqm terrace. The employed materials are highly innovative in terms of technology, eco-sustainability and energy saving, as well as constantly reusable.

The Cube Restaurant

9HOTEL COLLECTION opened their third lifestyle hotel, ideally located in the museum district of Brussels. Working within a former hotel site, architects Jordi Veciana and Jordi Castel were intent on maintaining the original structural elements in their simplest, purest form, incorporating exposed concrete beams, brick walls, slabs and pillars into the interior design to reveal the building’s rich history. Interior designer, Skye Maunsell worked alongside the architects on the hotel’s décor and furnishings.

Common areas underwent extensive work to improve the natural flow of their spaces and are complimented by the 47 spacious loft-style guest rooms. Anglepoise® Type75™ Mini table, floor and wall lamp were introduced into both the reception area and into bedrooms, their clean, modernist lines ideally suited to the ultimate simplicity of the hotel interiors. Clever touches include a breakfast space that transforms into a co-working space, a 5 meter long sofa, where guests can enjoy the lobby’s lounge music in an acoustic sound bubble, and decorative found objects, many from India, that give unique character to the interior spaces.

Located on the iconic Turnmill site in the heart of the Clerkenwell design district, the new Albion restaurant, (the largest to date), is a celebration of Britain and the local area in every sense – from the artisan produce on the shelves and seasonal ingredients in the kitchen to the design of the space itself, down to the smallest detail. Open from breakfast though brunch and lunch to supper, the new site also incorporates a takeaway foods, hot drinks and juice bar, a well-stocked bakery, a craft beer and wine shop, an oyster bar, a cheese and charcuterie corner, a cocktail bar and a pie room. Multiple Anglepoise® Original 1227™ Pendant, Desk and Wall Mounted Lights dominate the entire ground floor space, complemented by furniture from Ercol, Benchmark and Bethan Gray.
